Marq’s 2026 Enterprise Plan Updates: Frequently Asked Questions

Marq is updating its Enterprise offering to combine team access, advanced content creation and governance capabilities, and an account-level AI Brand Creation capacity tier.

The updated Enterprise offering is scheduled to go into effect on September 22, 2026. Enterprise customers will receive information about their updated plan before any pricing change takes effect.

Enterprise customers will transition to an enhanced Enterprise plan that includes an AI Brand Creation capacity tier. Marq will contact you with the plan, pricing, features, capacity, and timing specific to your account.

No. Existing customers will keep their current pricing until their next renewal. You will receive advance notice about any change that applies to your account.

Every Marq plan includes an account-level capacity tier for AI Brand Creations. This capacity is shared across the account and measures how often content created with qualifying AI-powered features is distributed.

An AI Brand Creation, or ABC, is counted when a project that used a qualifying AI-powered Marq feature is downloaded, printed, exported, or published. Each qualifying distribution action counts as one AI Brand Creation, even when the same project is distributed more than once.

Every Marq plan includes an account-level capacity tier for AI Brand Creations during the subscription period. Capacity is shared across the account and refreshes when the subscription renews. Unused capacity does not roll over.

Yes. Enterprise customers with 5,000 AI Brand Creations of capacity can request additional capacity at any time. Pricing will be quoted when the additional capacity is requested. If you increase capacity during your current subscription term, the incremental fee will be prorated for the remainder of the term, and your full upgraded capacity tier will be available immediately.
