Brad brings more than 15 years of engineering and product leadership experience across major technology companies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Entrata, and Podium. He has led global engineering organizations of more than 100 people, modernized legacy platforms, launched AI-powered products, and helped companies scale through rapid growth.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his family and on the golf course.
